What changed?

Before, to know which ad brought each sale you had to open Meta Ads Manager and cross-reference the data with your WhatsApp by hand. Now there is a new Meta Ads tab inside Metrics: connect your ad account once and see which Facebook and Instagram campaigns drive the most WhatsApp sales, your spend and your ROAS inside yavendió!.

Why measure your Meta ads by WhatsApp sales?

Because your ad spend and your WhatsApp sales live in the same place: here. Having Meta metrics next to your conversations and orders lets you decide fast which campaign to scale and which to pause — no report exports, no guessing which ad brought each sale.

Who has it?

The Meta Ads tab is already visible for everyone, under Metrics → Meta Ads (and as a card in the Integrations Hub). Some businesses can connect right away; the rest leave their WhatsApp to request access and we turn it on within 24–48 business hours. It is a Beta feature we are rolling out in stages.

How to use it

• Go to Metrics → Meta Ads (or the Meta Ads card in Integrations).
• If you have access, tap Connect with Meta, log in and pick your ad account.
• If you don’t have it yet, leave your WhatsApp number to request access — we’ll let you know when it’s live.
• Filter by campaign and date range to see which ads sell the most, with spend and ROAS.
