How it works with yavendió!
- In yavendió!, open Channels, pick TikTok and authorize your TikTok Business account.
- Your account needs to accept direct messages from everyone, so the agent gets DMs from people who don’t follow you yet.
- The agent replies to text messages. TikTok voice messages don’t reach yavendió!.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with any TikTok account?
Only with TikTok Business accounts. Personal and creator accounts can’t connect. Switching to Business is free from the TikTok app settings.
Can the agent message a customer first?
No. On TikTok the customer always starts the conversation. From their first message, the agent replies and guides them to the purchase.
Does it reply to comments on my videos too?
For now it handles direct messages. If someone comments asking for the price, invite them to DM you and the agent takes it from there.
