Bsale

The Bsale integration, the ERP, imports your Bsale catalog, keeps price and stock up to date and issues the receipt in Bsale from the yavendió! order. It is in beta and it is for businesses in Peru.

What is edited where

Price, stock and availability are set by Bsale: if you change them in Bsale, they update on their own in yavendió!. If you edit them in yavendió!, the next update reverts them.

Name, description and photos are edited in yavendió! and Bsale does not overwrite them. Add detailed descriptions: your seller uses them to offer the product.

Only products published in Bsale’s online store come with photos. Upload photos for the rest from yavendió!.

Each connection uses one price list and one branch. They set the price your seller quotes and whether the product shows as available.

If you have not set up Bsale webhooks, the price and stock of products you already imported update every 6 hours, not instantly. With webhooks, those changes arrive in real time.

New Bsale products do not arrive on their own: you bring them in with Choose products, and the panel tells you when there are new ones.

Receipts

You can set up at most two receipts, one of each type: one declared to SUNAT and one that only records the sale. Next to each one you see which is which, according to your Bsale settings.

You choose when the receipt is issued: As soon as the order arrives, if you charge on the spot, or When you approve the order (recommended), if you charge by Yape or transfer: first you confirm the payment and approve the order in Orders, and only then is the receipt issued.

Invoices (facturas) cannot be issued from yavendió! yet. If your customer gives you a RUC, you issue the invoice yourself in Bsale.

If you chose to issue the receipt as soon as the order arrives and you cancel the order, you have to void that receipt with a credit note in Bsale.

If you edit an order that already has a receipt in Bsale, the receipt already issued does not change (for now).

Connection

To connect Bsale you use your company’s RUC and authorize yavendió! in Bsale; then you choose the price list, the branch and the receipts. The card says Connected only once you finish that setup. If you disconnect, imported products stay, because they carry order history.
