Glossary
What each term the platform uses means, from the AI Seller and Yago to the 24-hour window, the WhatsApp balance, pauses and orders.
On this page
The AI Seller serves your customers on your channels: it answers their questions, recommends your products and puts their orders together. Yago serves you: it is your copilot in the dashboard, tells you where everything is, reviews your conversations and proposes changes to your seller, which you approve. Yago does not write to your customers.

Words with several meanings
"Template" can mean one of two things: a seller template (a ready-made seller to import) or a WhatsApp message template (approved by Meta, for campaigns or for writing outside the 24 hours).
"Labels" can refer to Categories that group products, Tags that mark contacts, or Stages in a seller flow. When the Labels section is enabled, it also lets you generate printable labels containing product variant codes.
"Frequently asked questions" or "FAQ" can be one of two things: your business's general questions (shipping, payments), which are the seller's Frequently asked questions, or the ones about a specific product, which go in the Seller help on the product page.
