Shopify

With Shopify connected, your seller uses your store's real products, prices, photos and stock, with no manual upload, and also sends the payment link you set up in Payment methods (not a Shopify cart or checkout link). What it sells on WhatsApp is recorded in your Shopify.

How it works

Shopify reports product and inventory changes instantly, and yavendió! also reviews the whole catalog every 4 hours. Name, description, photos, variants, SKU, weight, price and compare-at price are synced.

Stock is added up only from the Shopify locations you tick in Selling locations. Resync products brings in new products, up to your plan’s limit. Disconnecting Shopify stops syncing; the products you already imported stay. In large catalogs, stock takes up to a couple of hours to update after you save the locations.

Orders

Orders your seller closes are created in Shopify as pending payment, tagged yavendio with the payment type, and stock is deducted when they are created. Orders created inside Shopify do not reach yavendió!. Price, stock, photos and description are edited in Shopify.

Cash-on-delivery confirmation

The cash-on-delivery order confirmation messages whoever buys cash on delivery in your Shopify store on WhatsApp, from your number, with the Shopify order number. Your AI seller handles the reply: if they confirm, it closes the order; if they want to change something, it asks what; if they do not want it, the order is rejected. It turns on in three stages: the message, which Meta approves; the test, with your own numbers; and live, for every new cash-on-delivery order. You can go back to test mode or pause it whenever you want.

Confirmation is for Shopify stores with orders not paid online: from the Releasit cash-on-delivery form or your store checkout’s cash on delivery. We message each buyer on WhatsApp. Orders paid by card, paid before shipping (bank transfer, digital wallet, deposit) or created by another form app do not get it. In test mode, pending orders from your test numbers get it, whatever the payment. If all your orders come in paid, nobody will get it.

Connection

To connect Shopify you leave your store’s .myshopify.com address, and the install link arrives on its own in the panel’s bell in 1 to 4 minutes, never by WhatsApp or email. Once you install it, the connection is saved, with no second link. The link is valid for 7 days; a Shopify link that arrives any other way is not from yavendió!.

When you connect Shopify, manually loaded products that match Shopify take its stock and price. The rest are deactivated to avoid duplicates. They are not deleted: you can reactivate them from your product list.
