Mentors
The Mentor space: who it is for, hunting and referral links, your clients, your commissions and payouts, your public page, your templates, your network and the rules per country.
On this page
The mentor program is for people who advise or sell to ecommerce businesses: mentors, consultants and agencies. It pays a higher commission than the Referral program and adds tools to sell to and look after your clients. You join through the program page on yavendio.com, with a meeting with the mentor team. Your account becomes a mentor account too: on the platform you switch between My store, which stays as it was, and the Mentor space.

Links and commissions
In Create link you pick how you sell. Hunting: you close the sale and your client pays a 3, 6 or 12-month Starter or Pro plan straight from the link, with 10% off their first payment; you earn 40% of their first month and 20% of the following ones. Referral: your client just signs up, with no card or payment, and picks a plan later; you earn 25% of the first month and 15% of the following ones. 7-day trial: your client adds a card, tries it free for 7 days and pays list price on day 7; it pays like Referral. Business has no fixed price: its link books a call with sales. These are the program's entry rates; if you have agreed rates, the panel quotes with yours.

How each commission is worked out
Your commission comes from what the client paid, less their discount and the payment gateway's fee. That net is split across the months the charge covers: the client's first month goes at the entry rate and the rest at the rate for later months; a renewal goes entirely at the later rate. That is why 40% is not applied to the full price. You collect the commission for the whole charge at once, on the 15th of the following month. A charge made in a currency other than yours, that does not cover a full month or that was refunded shows as No commission, with the reason under See the calculation.
What your client gets
Whoever signs up through a mentor's link gets, on their first payment, 10% off any plan and free conversations for the first month: 1,500 on Pro and Business, 500 on Starter. A client who signs up through the 7-day trial link pays list price, without the 10%. On arrival, the client sees a welcome notice with their benefit. In Benefits the mentor sees what their link offers and who got each benefit.
| Client's plan | Benefit on their first payment |
|---|---|
| Every plan | 10% off |
| Pro and Business | 1,500 free conversations the first month |
| Starter | 500 free conversations the first month |
Your clients
My clients has four views. Sales funnel: those who came through your link and do not pay yet, as cards you move through Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation and Closing; Won fills itself when the brand starts paying, and Lost keeps the reason. Already paying: each client with sale type, renewal date, products, connected channels, plan usage, sales, conversion, support tickets and score, with a Without WhatsApp filter. Stopped paying: those who dropped to Free, to win back up to Back to paying, which is set by the payment itself, or close with a reason. My mentor network: the mentors you brought in. The Overview gathers your commissions for the month, your active clients out of the accounts created and how many already connected WhatsApp.

Won and Back to paying are filled by the client's payment: those cards cannot be dragged.
Earnings and payouts
My earnings shows what you earned in the month, your last months by New sale, Residual sale and Your mentor network, what you have Already collected and what is Still to collect, and one line per charge with its calculation, which you can download with Export to Excel. In Where we pay you you save your payout details: beneficiary, whether you are a business or a person, email and tax address with country and postal code, plus ID or tax number, SWIFT and account number when they apply. With those details you upload one invoice per closed month, with the amount you built up already filled in; if you change it, the difference is reviewed before paying. Each invoice stays In progress until it turns Paid.
- Payout details saved in Where we pay you.
- One invoice for each closed month.
- The invoice goes from In progress to Paid.
Your mentor network
You can bring another mentor into the program. Outside Brazil, when that mentor reaches 5 sales, counted in total rather than per month, you get a one-time US$300 bonus and, from that month, 5% of their commissions every month. Mentors in Brazil get no bonus and need no sales target: they earn 5% of their referral's commissions from the month of the referral's first sale. A sale is a new client's first payment. yavendió! pays that 5%: your referral keeps earning the same. You follow it in My mentor network and My earnings. The team signs your referral up, over WhatsApp.
Seller Templates
In Seller Templates the mentor turns a seller that already works for them into a template with a short code, for their referrals to import. The template comes from one of their accounts or from a file exported from Seller, and carries the way they talk and their rules, never their products, prices, contacts or payment details. Publishing with the same code creates a new version, which is what new referrals get; earlier ones stay available. If it is published on the yavendió! templates page, any business finds it with the Official mentor badge; if not, only whoever has the code uses it. It can carry a 1080 × 1680 px portrait cover and up to 4 screenshots, as JPG or PNG up to 2 MB.

Your public page and reviews
In My services the mentor builds their public page in the yavendio.com mentor directory: profile, contact and community, and the services they sell, priced in US$ as a one-off payment or per month. To publish it they need their name, a bio of at least 40 characters, a profile photo and at least one named service, and each publish is reviewed before it goes live. The page's WhatsApp is the one they enter there, not their account's. The page's link is also their referral link: whoever creates an account from it becomes their client. The page can be taken down and published again without losing what was written. Businesses leave 1 to 5-star reviews under their business name; the mentor can reply, but cannot edit or delete them.
- Your name.
- A bio of at least 40 characters.
- Your profile photo.
- At least one named service.
Tutorials and community
Tutorials gathers the program's material: how to create your account and activate your link, the mentor playbook, the yavendió! sales deck, the activation kit with the tutorials for your clients, the value proposition for mentors, the partnership contracts and agreements, and the official logos. Build your community brings together yavendió! tools to teach what you know and gather your audience: creating a course that keeps selling on its own and running events.
Rules per country
Each mentor is paid in a single currency based on their country: reais if they are in Brazil and dollars everywhere else. Their links sell in that same currency: in other countries, the link is in dollars and paid by card. That is why a mentor from another country does not sell a Brazilian store through hunting: the charge would be in another currency and earns no commission. In Brazil, mentor links are charged through Asaas, the commission is worked out on what Asaas leaves, and there is no 7-day trial link.
| Mentor based | Paid in | Their links |
|---|---|---|
| In Brazil | Reais | Charged through Asaas |
| Other countries | Dollars | In dollars, paid by card |
