Yago
If Yago cannot solve something, it hands you over to yavendió! Support. Support can check with the team and answers in the same chat.
Help center
Help center, in Help & benefits, opens a WhatsApp chat with Yago. If Yago cannot solve it, it hands you over to Support. The same help is at ya.onl/soporte, which opens without signing in; it also has the email for questions about your data.
My tickets
In My tickets you see each ticket with its status (Received, In progress or Resolved), the channel you opened it from, the topic and its dates. If the case went to the technical team, the ticket shows an Engineering report with its own progress: Received, In progress or Done. When your ticket changes status, the bell tells you.
| Ticket | Engineering report |
|---|---|
| Received | Received |
| In progress | In progress |
| Resolved | Done |
Expert sessions
Expert sessions gathers the sessions with someone from the yavendió! team that you can book. Each one says what it covers and its terms, like the price, and has its link to book. The sessions available depend on your country and your plan; if there is none for your account, the page says so.
Tutorials
Tutorials gathers step-by-step video tutorials for using yavendió!, organized in Activate your store and Power up your operation, with a search. Some are a Guided demo or lead to the Documentation, and each one is marked as Watched. Many dashboard screens also have their own How it works button with that screen’s tutorial.
Ya! Docs explains what each part of yavendió! does. Tutorials show you step by step how to use it.
Challenges & rewards
Challenges & rewards gathers the challenges your business has active and the reward for each one. For example, completing the Activate your store tutorials. Rewards are claimed on WhatsApp.
The Tutorials challenge gives 500 free conversations to businesses registered since 2026 that watch each Activate your store tutorial and check it off. yavendió! checks how long you watched each video: if you check it off without watching, you cannot claim the reward. Once you complete them all, you claim the reward on WhatsApp.
| Challenge | What it asks | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Complete the tutorials | Watch and check off each Activate your store tutorial | Free conversations |
Community
The yavendió! community is a WhatsApp group with tips and help from other businesses that already sell with AI. There is one in Spanish and one in Portuguese, depending on your business country. Its link is in Get Started.
Early access
Early access gathers new features that are being tested. Each one is turned on or off separately, and How it works explains what changes when you turn it on. Auto-enable all turns on today’s features and the ones that enter testing later. What you change applies to your whole team. While in testing they can change or stop being available, and with Send feedback you tell us how it went.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| On / Off | Turns a feature on or off for your whole team |
| How it works | Explains what changes when you turn it on and while in testing |
| Auto-enable all | Turns on today’s features and those that enter testing later |
| Send feedback | You tell the team how a feature went |
Give feedback
Give feedback, in Help & benefits, lets you write a suggestion or what you would like to see in yavendió!. The team reads every message.
