Available channels

Your seller answers on all your channels with the same setup: the same catalog, the same prices and the same way of selling. Each channel is connected on its own (TikTok, Telegram and Web chat, if you see them in Channels), but you do not set up your seller again: the one you already have answers there too.

Reply window

Each channel gives a window to reply freely. Once it closes, the panel does not let you write in that chat until the customer writes again.

Channel Window* Once it closes
WhatsApp 24 hours With a template approved by Meta; with Coexistence, also from the WhatsApp Business app
Instagram 24 hours Until the customer writes again
Messenger 24 hours Until the customer writes again
TikTok 48 hours, up to 10 replies per customer message Until the customer writes again
Telegram No limit —
Web chat No limit —

* From the customer’s last message.

How they count toward your plan

Conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram and Web chat count the same toward your plan’s allowance.

If a customer writes to you on WhatsApp and on Instagram, that is two conversations: each channel counts its own, even if it is the same customer on the same day.

Pausing by channel

Pausing by channel stops the seller on WhatsApp or Instagram. The other channels keep replying and messages on the paused channel keep arriving.
