Your customers’ audio

Your seller listens to the voice notes your customers send and answers what they say.

In Conversations, your customer’s audio shows as a Voice message, with its Transcription below: that is the text your seller read to reply. Voice notes that come in through TikTok do not show on the platform, because TikTok does not send them.

What your seller sends

Your seller replies in writing: it does not record audio in a voice of its own. The voice notes it sends are the ones you recorded on the platform, in the greeting, in a flow’s media or in an FAQ, and it sends them along with that greeting, that stage or that answer.

Greeting

Goes out with the greeting, at the start of the conversation.

A flow’s media

Goes out at that stage of the flow.

FAQ

Goes out with that answer.

Audio How it reaches the customer
Recorded with Record audio Voice note, with its waveform and play button
Uploaded file (for example, an MP3) File attachment

A new or changed audio reaches your customers only after you publish: until then, your seller does not use it and keeps what was published.

Limits

2 minper audiorecorded in a Conversations chat
16 MBper audio fileattached to the greeting
