What you are charged

Charge When
Plan When you take it and at each renewal. 3, 6 or 12-month terms are paid in full up front.
Conversation packages Every month; in the month your plan is due, in the same charge. The first one is prorated to the days left until your renewal.
Extra conversations At the end of each cycle, for the ones beyond your quota.
Upgrading your plan Right away: the difference, with a credit for what you did not use of your current plan.
WhatsApp Balance At each top-up, separate from the plan.

Extra conversations are charged at the end of each cycle, for the ones you used beyond your quota. Your plan and your package renewals go together in a single charge.

Billing cycle

Your billing cycle starts on the day you take the plan. The billing day cannot be changed today.

Invoices and receipts

Your yavendió! invoices and receipts are in Stripe's portal: you open it with View invoices in Stripe, in Payment methods.

For your plan you get the invoice issued by Stripe, the platform you pay through. It is with your other receipts, in Stripe's portal.

Card

The plan is charged in US dollars (US$) to a card, and the 3, 6 or 12-month term is paid in full when you buy it. You manage your card from Manage payment methods, in Plans.

To change the card you are charged on, tap Use as default on another card. If you remove the default one with Remove card, you have to choose another so your plan and top-ups can be charged. If your plan is billed through Asaas, this section does not appear.

Brazil: paying through Asaas

In Brazil, plans in reais are charged through Asaas: you pay by Pix inside the platform or by card on the Asaas payment page, and the plan turns on once the payment is confirmed. The first time, the CPF or CNPJ is requested. Only the 12-month plan can be paid in interest-free installments, up to 3, by Pix or card.

In Brazil, on a 3, 6 or 12-month plan paid through Asaas, the renewal is not charged automatically unless you have PIX Automático turned on. From 7 days before the term ends, in Plans you choose how to pay it: the same as last time or another way (Pix or card, in one payment or in installments when the term allows). You pay by the date shown or your seller pauses. The first-purchase discount does not apply to the renewal.

If a payment is pending

If the payment for your plan, a conversation package or your extra conversations is pending, the panel warns you to pay by a date or your seller will be paused. If you do not pay in time, your account is suspended for unpaid invoices: the seller and outgoing messages pause, and conversations show Paused for pending payment. It replies again once you pay; if you do not, your plan is cancelled automatically.
