Labels and counter sales
What Labels and Counter sales do: coded labels for your products, scanning them and recording your physical store's sales as orders.
Labels
You print each variant's code and scan it.
In Products
Counter sales
You scan the label and the sale lands in Orders.
In Channels & apps
Labels
In Labels you print labels with the code of each product variant. Each label has the product name, the variant (for example size and color), the price if you choose Show price, the barcode and the code printed below it. There are three sizes: 50 × 30 mm, the default, 40 × 40 mm and 40 × 25 mm; the first two also carry a QR code. They are made for 50 mm thermal label printers.
| Size | Barcode | QR |
|---|---|---|
| 50 × 30 mm (default) | Yes | Yes |
| 40 × 40 mm | Yes | Yes |
| 40 × 25 mm | Yes | No |
Print or download
Each variant takes 1 to 999 labels, and One per item in stock sets as many as the units you have; variants with unlimited or zero stock stay as they are. Up to 500 labels are prepared at a time. Print / Share sends the labels as images to your printer's app, 10 at a time. Download PDF downloads a PDF with one page per label, at the label's exact size.

Each variant's code
A label is its variant's code, so a variant with No code cannot be printed. If your catalog is a yavendió! catalog, Generate codes creates a code for every variant that has none and keeps the existing ones. If your catalog comes from an integration, such as Shopify, the codes are added there.

Catalog from an integration
Codes are added in your store or ERP.
Scan
Scan opens your phone camera and reads the label: it finds the variant by its code and adds it to what you will print, with the quantity you choose. It reads up to 5 labels at once and has a flashlight. If several products share the same code, you choose which one; if the code belongs to no product, it tells you.
Counter sales
Counter sales records your physical store's sales as orders. Products join the sale by scanning their label or searching for them, and the sale closes with the customer's WhatsApp and how they paid. In Order fields the store chooses whether closing also asks for name, email and a note.
What gets created
A counter sale is saved in Orders as an In store order, with payment Paid. It takes the stock down, the customer is saved in your CRM with the purchase in their history (if they already existed, the same contact is used; if their number has more than one contact, you choose which) and, if you have an ERP connected, the order is exported like a chat order. It does not count as a Meta Ads conversion, and the customer does not join your campaigns until they agree to receive messages.

Products in the sale
Products join the sale by scanning their label with your phone camera, with a barcode reader in the search field, or by searching by name or code. It reads the variant's code, the same one Labels prints. If several products share the same code, you choose which one.

How they paid
In How did they pay? a counter sale offers your country's payment methods, because it is paid on the spot: Cash, Bank transfer and Card.
Sale rules
A counter sale never goes past your stock: you only add the units you have, and if the stock no longer covers it when you register, it asks you to adjust. If your store sells wholesale, the total follows your wholesale rules. A sale is never registered twice: if the connection drops, retrying confirms the same sale. The sale in progress stays saved in your browser until you register or discard it; signing out erases the customer's details, not the products.
