What it is
My website is your web catalog, a storefront with the products you already have in Products. Your customer picks products and variants, keeps them in the cart, sees the summary and closes the order on WhatsApp, with a ready message holding that summary. You share it on WhatsApp, Instagram or wherever you want.
How your customer buys
1. Picks
Products and variants.
2. Keeps
Everything in the cart.
3. Reviews
The order summary.
4. Sends
The message with their order, on WhatsApp.
Address and your own domain
Your website lives at store.yavendio.com/<country>/<name>, for example store.yavendio.com/pe/my-store. The name takes 3 to 30 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens, and cannot be in use by another website. If you change it, the old link stops working. Your website shows in your account’s language.
You can connect a domain you already bought, like shop.mybrand.com, on paid plans. For that, the panel gives you some DNS records, the data that tells the internet that domain opens your website, and they are added at your domain provider (GoDaddy, Hostinger or another). Links you already sent with the yavendió! address keep opening your store. A domain still without records after 7 days is removed.

Records the panel gives you
| Record | What it does |
|---|---|
| Points to your website | Makes your domain open your website. |
| The www version | The same website, with www in front. |
| Proves it is yours | A TXT record that confirms the domain is yours. |
| Extra verification | Another verification record, only if the panel shows it. |
What it shows
Your website shows your products with name, description, photos, variants and price, including the price before a discount. Of stock it only shows whether there is any, never how many units, and it leaves out unavailable variants. The catalog is always there: without it your website has nothing to sell.
Your website has one page per category, with its own link to share, like store.yavendio.com/pe/my-store/c/t-shirts. Published websites can be found on Google, and the catalog loads in pages, so large stores show complete. If your store sells clothing from Gamarra or Brás, you can show it in the clothing marketplace with Show in the clothing marketplace, and turn it off whenever you want.
How customers order
When closing the order, your website takes your customer to the channel they pick among the ones you turn on, with a ready message holding their order. Nothing is sent on its own: your customer sends the message. On WhatsApp and Telegram it opens already written; on Messenger, Instagram and TikTok your customer copies and pastes it; and in the Web chat your AI seller handles it. Each channel has to be connected, and at least one has to stay on.

Sections and design
The website is built in sections: announcement bar, hero, catalog, promises, about us, contact, featured, social, FAQ and custom ones, up to 20 in total. In Design you choose your logo, brand color, typography, corners and light or dark mode. Fill with AI rewrites every section, and what you had written is lost.
Publishing
Your changes save on their own, and your customers see them when you tap Publish: the website updates within 5 to 10 minutes. While it is published, it can show up on Google. Pause website makes it disappear for your customers within a few minutes.
The Ready to sell checklist has 5 steps:
- Your name and your link
- Your catalog
- Your WhatsApp number
- Your logo and your color
- Publish and share
Chat on your website
On My website, the chat goes on with one click, with no code to paste, and it shows at the bottom left, because the WhatsApp button sits on the right.
