What you need to connect Messenger, the one-page-per-account rule and what each status means.

Requirements
To connect Messenger you need to be an admin of a Facebook Page with Messenger enabled; personal Facebook accounts are not supported. When you connect, Facebook asks for permissions for messages and basic page information.
One page per account
Each yavendió! account connects a single Facebook Page to Messenger: other pages get no automatic replies. To switch pages, the current one is disconnected first. A page already connected to another yavendió! account cannot be connected.
With the channel connected
With Messenger connected, the panel shows your page’s Messenger link to share with your customers. Messenger does not allow mass messaging: your seller replies to whoever writes to you.
Replies from Messenger
For now, if you or your team reply to a message from the Messenger app, the seller does not pause in that conversation. To take it over, pause the seller in that conversation.
Connection status
“Your Messenger connection was interrupted” means you are not receiving Messenger messages until you connect it again.
