What they are
The business’s optional modules, turned on separately, are two today: Wholesale (minimum quantities and volume prices) and Advisors (Beta: sales teams and routing conversations among people).
Wholesale
Minimum order and volume prices on each product.
Advisors
Teams, schedules and conversation routing. Beta.
Module statuses
In Modules each module shows whether it is Active, Inactive or Unavailable for your business, and See how it works explains what changes when you turn it on, with example screens. What you turn on applies to your whole business, not only to you.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | It is on for your whole business |
| Inactive | It is available to you, but off |
| Unavailable | Your business has no access to that module |
Available is not the same as active
A module being available and being active are two different things: it can show up and stay off until you turn it on. Which modules are available depends on your business’s access.
See how it works
Opening See how it works turns nothing on: the module is only turned on with its own switch.
The See how it works screens are examples: they do not show your real setup.
What changes when you turn each one on
Turning a module on sets nothing up for you: you set it up afterwards, in its own section.
| Module | When you turn it on | When you turn it off |
|---|---|---|
| Wholesale | No discounts are created: you set the minimum and volume prices on each product | Your products keep their volume prices |
| Advisors | Conversation routing does not start: you turn it on separately | Routing pauses and the settings are kept |
