Referral program
How much you earn by recommending yavendió! to other businesses, when a referral counts, how commissions are paid and where you see your results.
On this page
The Referral program is for any business that uses yavendió!: you share your link with other businesses and every account created from it is linked to you, with no one to notify. The Referral Program screen, in Help & benefits, has your link, the program terms and your results under Your referrals.
How much you earn
You earn 25% of what the business you refer pays in its first month and 20% of every payment after that, every month while it keeps an active plan. The commission is worked out on the plan's net value, without taxes or variable usage such as extra conversations. On an enterprise contract of US$5,000 a month or more, you earn 5% of the annual contract, in a single payment at signing, instead of the monthly commissions.
| Case | Commission |
|---|---|
| Standard plan | 25% of the first month and 20% of every payment after |
| Enterprise contract (US$5,000/month or more) | 5% of the annual contract, in one payment at signing |
| Calculation base | The plan's net value, without taxes or extra conversations |
When a referral counts
A referral counts when the business creates its account from your link and turns on a paid plan. Your link is kept for 30 days in the browser where it was opened; if that person ends up signing up without your link, or from another browser, they are not linked to you. To refer, you need to be a customer with a current plan. Your own or secondary accounts, spam and offering money in exchange for using your link without yavendió!'s approval do not count.
- The business creates its account from your link.
- It turns on a paid plan.
- You are a customer with a current plan.
- It is not your own or a secondary account.
Your referrals
Your referrals shows four totals: Visits to your link, Sign-ups, businesses With active plan and Total earned. Below, each business has a row with its sign-up date, phone, status (Registered, On a plan or Inactive), what it paid yavendió! and your commission. Data updates once a day, at 9:00 a.m. Lima time, and the section stays empty until the first business signs up.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Registered | Signed up with your link, no plan yet. |
| On a plan | Pays a plan: every payment earns you commission. |
| Inactive | Stopped paying: no longer earns commission. |
How commissions are paid
Commissions are settled every month, with the cut-off on the last day of the month, by bank transfer or another method agreed with the yavendió! team. To pay you, we ask for your account details and, depending on your country, your billing documents. A commission can be held if the referred business asks for a refund in that period, or for fraud or breach of the terms. If the program's conditions change, you get at least 15 days' notice, and what was already credited is paid under the previous conditions.
The full conditions are under View program terms, on the same screen.
Referring often?
If you advise or sell to several businesses, the mentor program pays a higher commission and gives you a space of your own to follow your clients.
