Visual catalog
What the Visual catalog is, which files it holds and their limits, when your AI seller sends it and how it works with the greeting.
What it is
The Visual catalog is the images, PDFs and links of your catalog that your AI seller sends in the conversation. If the customer asks for your catalog, it sends the catalog: every file, in the order of the list. If they ask about a product, it sends the product. And if you want it to send the product together with the catalog when someone asks about a product, you set that up in the Catalog-type stage of Flows and Rules. Each file can carry a Title, sent along with the file, and links arrive as a text message.

What it can hold
The Visual catalog combines PDFs, images and links. Each PDF can be up to 100 MB and each image, in JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 5 MB, which are WhatsApp's limits. Links must start with http or https.

When it is sent
Your customer can ask for your catalog at any point in the conversation, and your seller sends it. It does so from the Catalog-type stage in Flows and Rules, the one that searches Products, even if you named it something else, like “Product showcase”; that stage is usually Available from any point. The Greeting does not use this list: the welcome files are added in the greeting itself, and they can be the same or different.

On TikTok
On TikTok (if you see it in Channels) only the images and links of the Visual catalog arrive, without their title: TikTok does not take PDFs.
Your product catalog
The Visual catalog is what your seller sends as a file. Prices, stock and photos for each product live in Products.
