Measure your campaigns

Spend, sales and ROAS for each ad that leads to WhatsApp.

Send events

Meta gets the sales your seller closes.

Measure your campaigns

To measure your campaigns you connect your Meta ad account with your Facebook user. yavendió! does not touch your campaigns: it only reads their spend and results. You can view up to 10 ad accounts at once. Campaign measurement is available on the Pro plan.

With the account connected you see ROAS (revenue ÷ spend), revenue, spend, cost per customer, average ticket, customers, WhatsApp conversations and their cost, by campaign, ad set and ad. Spend, impressions and clicks come from Meta; revenue and customers come from your sales in yavendió!: each sale counts toward the ad the conversation came from.

Disconnecting Meta Ads stops you from seeing that account’s metrics; you can connect it again whenever you want. Your campaigns stay the same in Meta.

Meta data refreshes every 5 minutes. You see the last 7 or 30 days, this month, last month or a custom range, and you can filter by campaign or active ones only; the Daily spend chart always shows the account’s total spend. If your sales are in another currency, revenue is converted to the ad account’s; if the currency cannot be confirmed, ROAS says Calculation unavailable.

How it works

1. The customer arrives from your ad

They land straight in your WhatsApp and your AI Seller takes it from there.

2. We match your spend to your orders

We take what you invested on Meta and compare it against the sales recorded in your account.

3. You see which campaign pays back

ROAS, revenue, cost per sale and average ticket, by campaign, ad set and ad.

What each metric measures

Metric What it means
ROAS Return on ad spend: revenue generated ÷ spend.
Revenue Revenue attributed to these ads, based on sales recorded in yavendió!.
Spend Total spend on these ads within the selected range.
CAC Customer acquisition cost: spend ÷ paying customers.
Avg. ticket Average order value: revenue ÷ paying customers.
Customers Customers who purchased after arriving from these ads (yavendió! source).
WA conv. WhatsApp conversations that arrived from these ads (yavendió! source).
Cost / conv. Cost per conversation: spend ÷ conversations.
Ads Number of ads with data in the selected range.
Clicks→Conv Clicks that started a conversation: conversations ÷ clicks.
Conv→Customer Conversations that led to a purchase: customers ÷ conversations.

Send events

With Send events, every sale your seller closes reaches Meta. Before, when someone came from your ad and bought in the chat, Meta never knew; with real sales, Meta optimizes your campaigns and shows your ad to more people like those who buy from you.

Send events is available to every business on yavendió! 2.0 from the Pro plan up, at no extra cost. It connects through the automatic connection. Measure your campaigns is a different feature and also needs the Pro plan.

How it works

Your customerClicks your adYour WhatsAppGets the conversationYour AI sellerServes and sellsMetaGets each sale

1. The customer clicks your ad

They land straight in your WhatsApp and your AI Seller closes the sale.

2. We tell Meta about every sale

Conversation, cart, checkout and purchase all reach Meta; the purchase carries the real order amount.

3. Configure your objective in Meta

Use the guide to select the goal available to your account. Connecting events does not automatically change your campaigns.

We never touch your ads — we only tell Meta which conversations turned into sales.

Automatic connection

Event sending connects through the Automatic connection, which uses the WhatsApp you already connected to yavendió!: it creates the dataset in Meta and links it to the ad account you choose. Meta may ask for an extra authorization for that dataset.

Events sent

  • Started a conversation
  • Added product to cart
  • Order created
  • Sale completed

Four events are sent: Started a conversation, Added product to cart, Order created and Sale completed. You choose when the sale counts (when the order is created, when payment is confirmed, when the order is closed or at a status you choose) and whether all events go out or only those that come from an ad. A sale counts toward an ad if it happens up to 7 days after the click.

With each sale it sends the value, currency, order number, items and the customer’s contact details, which travel hashed. In Events sent to Meta you see each event with its status: Sent, With errors, Receipt uncertain, Skipped or Sending.

Event statuses

Status What it means
Sent Meta received the event.
With errors Meta did not accept it.
Receipt uncertain We do not know whether Meta received it: automatic resending is paused to avoid duplicates.
Skipped It was not sent: the sale did not come from an ad, the click was more than 7 days ago or that event is turned off.
Sending It is on its way.

If the connection with Meta expires, the panel warns you and events stop being sent until you reconnect. Test connection checks that Meta accepts the events. Disconnecting the sending does not affect your campaigns or your WhatsApp.

Metrics without connecting your account

Without connecting your ad account you still see, in Metrics, the conversations and sales of each ad that opened a WhatsApp chat. Once connected, those metrics add the ad’s name and what you spent on it.

In Conversations, the Ads filter shows only the chats that Came from an ad, or those from one specific ad, with how many chats each one brought. It includes ads from the last 90 days.
